Job Title

Staff Shuttle Driver

Responsibilities

  • Drive a 24-29-seat shuttle bus along set routes and stops to get staff to work on time.
  • Stick to Japanese road rules, no exceptions, to keep things safe and legal.
  • Adjust driving for snowy, icy roads and tricky weather to ensure everyone’s safe.
  • Make sure the bus isn’t over capacity and all passengers are seated properly.
  • Chat with other drivers and management about route changes or delays—only when parked.
  • Keep an ear on communication channels for updates on routes or road issues.
  • Help out with staff events or special transport needs when the People Ops team asks.
  • Check the bus twice a day to make sure it’s in tip-top shape for the road.
  • Spot and report any mechanical or safety issues quick-smart to avoid breakdowns.
  • Keep the bus fueled up and fluid levels sorted for smooth operation.
  • Ensure the bus is clean inside and out, free of snow, ice, or damage, for a pro look.
  • Clear snow from the parking exit area when needed to get the bus moving.
  • Pitch in with extra tasks as needed to support the team and daily operations.
  • Stay ready to jump on special requests from management to keep things running smooth.

Requirements

Licensing:
