Responsibilities

• Plant, harvest, and care for crops in accordance with daily guidelines.
• Arrange, package, and sort produce for local distribution or transportation.
• Equipment, storage spaces, and farming tools should all be cleaned and ready.
• If trained, operate basic farming equipment and tools.
• Ensure that the workspace is tidy and organized.
• Accurately follow team instructions and supervisor supervision.
• To prevent damage, make sure crops are handled gently.
• Work outside in different types of weather.
• Respect rotation guidelines and shift plans.
• During busy hours, assist with other farming tasks as required.
• When necessary, walk or ride a bicycle to and from the agricultural location.
