English Teacher YARUKI Switch Group Japan

YARUKI Switch Group is currently looking for English teachers to work with children in the Greater Tokyo Area. This position is an on-site contract position where you will be teaching English in a dynamic and imaginative environment for kids each day. You do not have to have many years of experience, but you should love working with kids and will be expected to bring lots of energy into the classroom. All applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree and be fluent in English. We offer visa sponsorship and housing help for qualifying applicants who must move to Japan.

English Teacher at YARUKI Switch Group, Japan

Responsibilities

  • Teach English to children in a fun and engaging way, using songs, games, and hands-on activities.
  • Plan lessons that keep students active and excited to participate.
  • Encourage students to build their confidence in speaking and using English every day.
  • Support school events and seasonal activities, making sure students enjoy learning beyond the classroom.
  • Work with other teachers to share ideas and improve lessons together.
  • Keep track of student progress and share updates with parents and staff.
  • Help maintain a positive and safe classroom where students feel comfortable to learn and express themselves.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in any major is required.

Experience

No formal teaching experience is necessary, but experience working with children is a plus.
