Responsibilities

  • Help the boss with day-to-day business stuff from Taipei.
  • Sort out files, schedules, and project plans.
  • Whip up reports or spreadsheets using Microsoft Office.
  • Keep in touch with the team to make sure projects stay smooth.
  • Handle emails and calls with a friendly tone.
  • Tackle basic accounting, like tracking expenses, if you’ve got the skills.
  • Keep the office neat and paperwork in check.
  • Work on your own when the boss is out of town.

Requirements

Education

  • No degree needed.
